As a busy mom of 4, I know what it's like to feel stressed out and overwhelmed by life.  My journey began several years ago when I began educating myself on what I was putting in & on my body.  I then began to look at how changing my lifestyle can directly change all areas of my life.  I started eating a mostly natural & organic diet. I started being more aware of the products I was using both in my home & on my body.  I joined a gym & started HIIT & strength classes because I realized that exercise is a vital part of living a healthy life.  I also really started looking at personal development and what it means to live a "happy" life. 

I'm an artistic & crafty mama who loves to read, spend time outside, hang out with my family, loves the color teal, loves yorkies, has a passion for journals & planners, loves to bake and loves God.

Now I want to share my tips, hacks, advice, recipes and etc with you all to help you live a healthier, happier and more confident life.
