First off let me say, that I am NOT a runner…every time I try to run I get the worst chin splits. Even walking too fast can cause them. But I do enjoy a good walk or bike ride. I have to admit that I don’t always make fitness a priority in my life. The kids, household chores, hobbies, school volunteer work, my business and etc. often come first and if there’s no time left in my day then it sadly just doesn’t get done.
When I came up with my idea for the 30 Miles in 30 Days Challenge, I knew for me it was just the kick in the butt that I needed to get moving regularly and to be held accountable for doing so. I’m excited to get started on Monday, September 15th. If you want to join us, please do so here: 30 Miles in 30 Days Challenge Facebook Group. You can walk, jog, run, or bike at least 1 mile a day for the next 30 days. Of course there may be days that you don’t get your miles in, so just make them up the next day or over the next several days.

(You can save your own playlist, share your list with others, and stream music radio. I will share some of my favorite playlists in a post on our Facebook Group page)

(Mine are lime green too)
(For holding my keys if needed. It used to hold my iphone but my Galaxy is too big)

(5) My Asics
(I’ve tried all brands…Nikes, Brooks, etc and these are by far the most comfortable for me)
